50/50 Raffle Fundraiser!!!
Susan Roskamp has worked very
hard putting this fundraiser together.
We will really be able to get some great funds for our chapter that we need
to help out our Regional!
Here are some details:
August 13, 2008
Whitecaps vs. Lansing Lugnuts
Game starts at 6:00 pm – our group
needs to be there at 5:00pm
We need 20 people to walk
around the stadium and sell raffle tickets
We need an additional
20 people to fill up seats in our reserved section.
People that are sitting in the
section pay $8.00 per ticket (that’s a discount)
Kids 2 and under are free
Bring family and friends to watch
the game while you sell tickets! Anyone can come!
We need volunteer names ahead of
time so you can get in free.
First 20 people to RSVP with Dawn
or Susan get the free tickets, you will be working.
If husband/wife (example) want to
alternate working and watching, that’s OK!
Parking will still be full price L
Marching Cobra’s Performance and
Fireworks after the game
Watch your e-mail for an E-vite
about the event. It is important
that we get an RSVP for either your volunteering or coming to watch the game
and sit in our seats.
